(a) The velocity space extent of the observed [Co II] 10.52, [Ne II] 12.81, and [Fe III] 12.84 μm lines. The 12.8 feature is the same observed feature, simply shifted to be identified with [Ne II] in one case and with [Fe III] in the other case. (b) A zoomed-in view of the 1.9 μm region of the SN 2024vjm spectrum. The [Ni II] 1.94 μm line does not match the observed features. The strong permitted (﹩\mathrm{log}(gf)\gt 0﹩) lines shown match some features, in particular, the observed 1.98 μm feature.
