The lower plot shows the differences in the measurements from the two telescopes. Red illustrates the comparison for the baseline system used to measure H0, WHV,I where H = F150W from JWST NIRCam. Light gray shows WJV,I where J = F115W. Green gives the two components of NGC 3447 measured in WH. The bottom plot shows a constant value of ﹩5\,\mathrm{log}(73/67.5)=0.17﹩ mag labeled “Hubble tension” that would resolve the tension (but is strongly ruled out).
