Ionizing spectra adopted in the CLOUDY calculations: the original diskir SED with a total luminosity of 2.4 × 1040 erg s−1, a scaled-down diskir SED with a total luminosity of 1.0 × 1039 erg s−1 plus a blackbody component at 30,000 K. Data are adopted from F. Grisé et al. (2012), including dereddened HST photometric measurements shown as open circles, and unabsorbed Chandra spectrum in open triangles. The vertical dotted lines indicate the ionization energies of H I (13.6 eV) and He II (54.4 eV). The EUV-absorbed diskir SED is vertically shifted for clarity.
