Binned quasar luminosity function. The orange filled circles represent our newly measured binned QLF at z ∼ 6.7. The blue dashed line is our best fit with β = −2.35 ± 0.22. The magenta solid line denotes a double power-law fit. The black dotted and dashed–dotted lines represent z ∼ 6 QLF measured by Jiang et al. (2016) and Willott et al. (2010), respectively. Clearly, the quasar number density at z ∼ 6.7 is much lower than that at z ∼ 6.
