RV uncertainty vs. S/Ns for the BOSS (left) and APOGEE (right) stars. Furthermore, we have ensured that there are no strong offsets between the RVs determined in BOSS and APOGEE by contrasting the measurements using overlapping sources; we find that there is no dependence on [Fe/H], S/N, or sky position.
