Galactic coordinates (lb) of literature Sco-Cen (gray) members (see K. L. Luhman 2022, and references within). TIC 88785435 (red star) is a member of the classically defined UCL subpopulation. S. Ratzenböck et al. (2023b) identified TIC 88785435 as a high-confidence candidate member of the kinematically distinct ϕ Lup substructure (salmon circles) primarily within UCL. ϕ Lup candidate members outlined in black are rotationally and photometrically validated members of the Sco-Cen population (L. M. Rebull et al. 2018, 2022).
