Three-color SDSS image of the spiral galaxy NGC 3359 overlaid with H I contours at approximately 0.5, 1.2, 2.4, 3.6, and 4.8 × 1020 cm−2 levels, obtained using the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope. The Little Cub is found in the H I tail toward the bottom right of the image, where the H I detection is strongest. A zoom-in of the SDSS image of the Little Cub is shown in the inset at the upper right.
