The Sculptor Void. Shades of yellow are used at density levels consistent with the previous 2 figures. Once again, local minima are identified as well as prominent features on the bounding walls. The bottom view is from near the north supergalactic pole, positive SGZ, with a foreground clip at SGZ = +3000 km s−1 to remove obstructions (Figure 2, video frame time 08:31). The Southern Wall is a defining boundary at negative SGY. In the top panel, the view is in from near the positive SGY axis. A foreground clip at SGY = +2000 km s−1 and an extraction of the immediate area around the Virgo Cluster provides windows onto the void (08:21 and 08:49).
