Departure coefficients for the ﹩{}^{2}{P}_{3/2}﹩ parent ions as a function of n at ﹩{T}_{e}=50,\,100,\,200,\,\mathrm{and}\,1000\,{\rm{K}}﹩ for different densities (N_e, color scale). The values for low n levels are close to b_di and decrease toward a value of one. At high densities, ﹩{b}_{n}^{3/2}\approx 1﹩.
