a_final/a_initial vs. a_out for the stellar disk and a steep density profile model (γ = 1.5). The majority of "mergers" occur within 0.1 pc off the MBH and are not driven by tidal dissipation (a_final/a_initial ~ 1). Systems in this region that did not coalesce were strongly affected by KCTF evolution.
