Emission‐line flux ratio diagrams for discrimination between stellar‐photoionized and accretion‐powered sources. [S II] λ6724 represents the sum of λλ6716, 6731. The dotted lines separating H II regions and AGNs are taken from Kewley et al. (2001) and Kauffmann et al. (2003). The filled points represent measurements of the nucleus from the TWIN spectrum through a ﹩1^{\prime \prime }\times 1^{\prime \prime }﹩ aperture. Open points represent off‐nucleus averages for regions along the slit spanning 1.5^{﹩\arcsec﹩}–3^{﹩\arcsec﹩}on both sides of the nucleus. Error bars are not shown when smaller than the data points.
