HST image of HH 30 in the R band from 1998 December 27. Contours are spaced by 0.75 from 20.0 mag arcsec⁻². The image clearly shows the reflection nebulae associated with the disk and the jet. This is the first image taken at PC resolution through a filter that is sensitive to jet emission.
