Distributions of reduced ﹩\chi ^{2}﹩. Degrees of freedom varied from 507 to 511 depending on the model. The data intervals around detected shots were fitted to a linear background plus the following shot models: a Lorentzian, a Gaussian, a symmetric exponential rise and fall, an asymmetric (two‐sided) exponential rise and fall, a rising exponential with a sudden fall, a falling exponential with a sudden rise, and no shot.
