Gemini North + Hokupa’a K‐band image of the field surrounding PKS 1830−211. The guide star used for the wave front measurement is indicated. The image quality on this 30 minute exposure is 0﹩\farcs﹩14. This is twice the diffraction limit but is still twice as good as HST in this band. The two quasar images and the M‐type star S1 are already well separated on this undeconvolved image.
