Keck Low Resolution Imaging Spectrograph (Oke et al. 1995) spectrum of the z = 0.960 AGN associated with CXOHDFN J123646.3+621404. The spectral resolution is ≈3 Å. This spectrum was taken by the DEEP collaboration (see Phillips et al. 1997), and only the region near the Mg II emission line is shown. Note the two blueshifted Mg II absorption doublets superposed on the broad Mg II emission line.
