VLBA plus Tidbinbilla image of NGC 4261 at 1.6 GHz. Note the asymmetry near the core, which is not visible with the lower angular resolution in Fig. 3. The contours are the same percentages of the peak (52 mJy beam⁻¹) as in Fig. 3, and the restoring beam is ﹩10.30\times 2.18﹩ mas with major axis along position angle −44﹩\fdg﹩8.
