The quantity ﹩( \langle D\rangle / D_{*}) ( a_{0}r) ^{-1.6}﹩, computed assuming ﹩\beta =1.75﹩ and ﹩b=0.25﹩. This measured quantity is independent of ﹩\Omega _{m}﹩ and ﹩\Omega _{\Lambda }﹩. Open squares denote the six new data points from the VLA archive, and Cyg A is denoted by the asterisk. For different choices of ﹩\Omega _{m}﹩ and ﹩\Omega _{\Lambda }﹩, the best‐fit redshift evolution of ﹩( a_{0}r) ^{-1.6}﹩ excluding Cyg A is shown. Note that the fits are not normalized to Cyg A, but are consistent with Cyg A.
