Model fit of Lyα at ﹩z_{\mathrm{abs}\,}=2.80﹩ with an upper limit on N(D I). An extra H line [﹩\mathrm{log}\,N﹩(H I﹩) =14.1﹩ cm﹩^{-2}﹩ and ﹩b=21﹩ km s﹩^{-1}﹩] gives a very good fit to the data and requires no D. If D, it would be centered +16 km s﹩^{-1}﹩ from the redshift measured from the lowest redshift metal line. Zero velocity is set at the position of the bluest metal line.
