Caption: Figure 1.

Top: the sky map showing the predicted distance for parallax signal-to-noise 10 for spectral type L2 after two years of data in the V5.3 simulation (DR2). Only the WFD deep regions reach distance of 50 pc or more. The horizontal striping is due to the rolling Cadence strategy; the six spots greater than 100 pc are Deep Drilling Fields. The less frequently observed Galactic plane/high-extinction region, south celestial cap, and northern ecliptic regions reach much smaller distances, and much of the northern hemisphere is never observed from Rubin Observatory. Bottom: the percentage of sky coverage reaching a given limiting distance for L2 dwarfs and T2 dwarfs after two years (DR2) and ten years (DR10) in both V5.0 and V5.3.
