Color–magnitude diagram of the 78 IC 2395 candidate members with BP/RP photometry. The 9 Myr PARSEC isochrone (A. Bressan et al. 2012) is overlaid, adopting AV = 0.6 mag and a distance modulus of 9.38 mag (750 pc). Stars displaced above the main sequence by up to ∼0.75 mag are consistent with unresolved binaries; equal-mass pairs produce the maximum displacement of ∼0.75 mag (﹩{\rm{\Delta }}m=2.5\mathrm{log}2﹩), with lower mass-ratio systems falling between the single-star sequence and this upper envelope.
