(Top left) Dedispersed pulse profile of PSR B1937+21 before (orange) and after (blue) deconvolution, each with 1024 phase bins. Note that, at higher observing frequencies, a narrow, trailing feature is present in both the main and interpulse components of this pulsar’s profile, and its visibility at 428 MHz is significantly diminished due to profile evolution rather than insufficient pulse-phase resolution (see M. A. Walker et al. 2013). (Top right) Recovered transfer function intensity. (Bottom left) Autocorrelation function and fit for ∣H(ν)∣2.
