Postprocessed images of Altair (ADI+RDI, 5 KL modes) with NIRCam. The top row shows Epoch 1 in F444W (left) and F200W (right); the bottom row shows Epoch 2 in the same filters. North is up and east is to the left. Point sources around Altair were shown to be background stars using a combination of F200W − F444W colors and lack of common proper motion with Altair in the second-epoch data. The negative sources on the images are due to the ADI subtraction.
