Present and previous GOSs for (a) LB ﹩{E}^{3}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{u}^{-}(v^{\prime} =0)﹩ and (b) SB ﹩{E}^{3}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{u}^{-}(v^{\prime} =1)﹩ of oxygen. The wine-colored solid lines are the fitted results to the present EELS and IXS GOSs. The IXS GOSs for ﹩{E}^{3}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{u}^{-}(v^{\prime} =1)﹩ are absent due to its poor signal-to-noise ratio in the measured spectra resulting from its very low cross sections.
