Peak fit (the solid pink line) to the experimental low-energy DR rate coefficient (black filled symbols). In the fit, 13 δ-like resonances were convoluted with a flattened Maxwellian electron energy distribution that is characterized by the temperatures ﹩{T}_{\parallel }﹩ and T in the longitudinal and transversal directions, respectively, with respect to the electron beam propagation direction. The fit resulted in ﹩{k}_{{\rm{B}}}T\parallel \,=\,2.40(6)﹩ meV and ﹩{k}_{{\rm{B}}}{T}_{\parallel }=11.91(87)﹩ meV. The individual peaks are shown as dashed pink lines. The fitted resonance energies and strengths are given in Table 2.
