Perihelion vs. eccentricity. The red circles are objects discovered during this survey (the large red circles are the focus of this work). Objects above the dashed line are considered extreme with a > 150 au. Objects with high perihelia beyond the Kuiper Belt edge at 50 au but only moderate eccentricity are likely created by a combination of Neptune Mean Motion Resonances (MMR) and the Kozai Resonance (KR).
