Spectra for five galaxies with redshift measurements from MODS1 observations with the LBT. The left and right panels show the blue and red channels from MODS, respectively. For each galaxy, the upper panel shows the 2D spectrum and the lower panel shows the 1D spectrum. The red vertical line in the blue channel 1D spectra for Aperture 001, 006, 010, 013, and 024 shows the expected location of the Lyα emission at the measured redshift. This line for Aperture 019 represents a C IV detection. The gray vertical bands surrounding the red lines represents the uncertainty in the wavelength calibration.
