The top plot shows the distribution for planet pairs where both planets are above R/﹩{R}_{\oplus }﹩ = 1.05(F/﹩{F}_{\oplus }﹩)0.11. The middle plot shows Rout/Rin when there is one planet on either side of the line, and the bottom plot is for planet pairs where both planets are below the line.
