Atmospheric parameters (Teff, [Fe/H], and log g) for the 309 stars in the calibration sample (black circles) and the 30 stars in the validation sample (red squares). The intervals covered by the calibration sample are: 4800 K ≲ Teff ≲ 6500 K, 3.60 ≲ log g ≲ 4.70, and −0.90 ≲ [Fe/H] ≲ +0.50. The calibration stars also cover the parameter space of the MARVELS sample, represented here by the validation sample.
